Wind and current push floating waste into the same corners of every basin. DPOL is moored in that corner and works there day and night: its pump creates a surface current that pulls the waste into the net, and your team empties the net when it fills.
1 · Moored in placeTwo mooring lines hold it in the corner where the waste collects. A power cable is all it needs.
2 · Dual-flow pumpingThe pump draws water from the back and pulls floating waste in at the front. The waste never passes through the pump, so it runs nonstop with little clogging.
3 · Empty the netLift it out by the handle, empty it and put it back. Most ports do this between twice a day and once a week.Low-tech by design: no electronics, no remote control, no subscription. It stays in the water and works as long as the pump runs.
