02 - Applications

Where the Emiko platform is used

The Emiko platform connects Vikingegaarden equipment with consumption records, customer access and operating status. Cloud Data Services develops, hosts and supports it from Denmark, together with the payment, identity and security services around it.

01

Marinas and ports

Power, water, metering and connected services are managed from one system. Boat owners activate services with the Emiko Customer App, and the harbor team follows consumption and operating status in the platform.

02

Finance and ERP

Oeconomia transfers electricity, water and heat consumption records to the financial or invoicing system through an agreed API integration, replacing manual data transfer.

03

Payments

Vikingegaarden helps set up Nets payment services, with one point of contact from the application to go-live coordination. Nets remains the payment provider and reviews the application.

04

Identity and security

NordPass licences and rollout support for business credentials, and a scoped IT Security Review covering accounts, patching, firewalls, wireless and backup, reported in plain language and ranked by risk and effort.

04 - Questions

Frequently asked questions about the Emiko platform

Where is the Emiko platform hosted?

In Denmark, encrypted, with upgrades delivered over the cloud. Compatible equipment keeps local records so operation continues when the connection is down.

Can consumption data go straight into our invoicing system?

Yes. Oeconomia is the Emiko module for transferring electricity, water and heat consumption records to a financial or invoicing system, implemented together with your provider through an agreed API integration.

Do I need my own payment agreement?

Nets remains the payment provider and reviews the application. Vikingegaarden supports the documentation and checkout setup and coordinates the onboarding until go-live.

How is the Emiko service fee calculated?

The service fee depends on the equipment type, the number of units and the prepayment period. The service fee calculator on this site estimates the monthly service fee and connectivity cost for your installation.
