Is NordPass only for passwords?
No. Alongside passwords it manages passkeys, credit card details and personal information, and it autofills forms and payment details as well as logins. It replaces the sticky notes and spreadsheets for all of the sensitive small data a team handles, not just passwords.
What are passkeys, and does NordPass support them?
Passkeys are a passwordless sign-in method used by supporting services. NordPass supports them: passkeys are stored and synced in the vault the same way as passwords, so a team can adopt them gradually, service by service, without changing tools.
How does secure password sharing work in a team?
Shared credentials live in group vaults, where access follows the role rather than the person. Work related passwords, company payment information or Wi-Fi access are shared inside NordPass, encrypted, instead of being sent in plain text over email or chat, which is not meant for keeping secrets.
What happens when an employee leaves the company?
Remove the employee's NordPass access and review shared credentials and the underlying business accounts. Removing vault access does not change passwords already known to that person. Include password changes and service-specific access reviews in the company's offboarding process.
