3. Purposes and legal basis

We process enquiries to answer questions, prepare quotations, provide support and take steps requested before entering a contract. We process order, customer and SIM information to perform contracts and provide the requested service. Accounting and transaction records are processed where required by law. Limited technical data is processed for our legitimate interest in keeping the website and forms secure and available.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing completed before the withdrawal.

4. Recipients and service providers

Data is available only to Vikingegaarden personnel who need it for sales, support, administration or service delivery. We use infrastructure, email and security providers to operate the website and deliver messages. SIM registration data is sent to the telecommunications provider required to create and manage the requested subscription. Information may also be disclosed to professional advisers or public authorities where legally required.

Service providers process data under contractual and legal safeguards. If a provider processes data outside the EU or EEA, the transfer must use a lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate protection.

5. Retention

Enquiries and related correspondence are retained only while needed to answer the request, document the business relationship or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Customer, order, invoice and subscription information is retained for the period required to deliver the service and meet Danish accounting or other statutory obligations. Temporary anti-abuse records are held only for the period needed to enforce the request limit.

6. Your rights

Subject to the conditions in data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.

Send a request to sales@vikingegaarden.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request. You may lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency.

7. Automated decisions and marketing

The website does not use automated decision-making or profiling. Contact and SIM forms are not used to subscribe you to marketing communications.
