One app for all ProPower equipment
Powerful tool for ProPower customers – use the same app on all ports or companies with ProPower equipment
It is an app for anyone who would like to have an overview of all equipment near one’s current position. The app shows the equipment to which you have been granted access, and can be used at all ports or companies that have ProPower equipment.
With the ProPower App you can:
- See on an overview map all the equipment you already have access to
- See which electrical outlets are available on the ServicePedestal or other equipment
- See the status of ongoing purchases, e.g. have you switched on an electrical outlet and see if it is switched on and how much energy you have consumed so far
- See all historical consumption, e.g. how much electricity or water did I use last week and which port the consumption was registered in
The ProPower App is part of the major upgrade to ProPower 4.0, and is intended as the tool of the future for operating all ProPower equipment at ports or companies that use the ProPower IoT system.
The first version that has now been released can display an overview map and consumption data. The next version, which we have already started, has a lot to look forward to, for example you can:
- Switch electricity and water outlets on and off
- Switch lighting on and off if the port uses OnSiteLight
- Pay immediately with MobilePay if you don’t have a ProPower account
It is expected that the next ProPower App version will be ready at the end of the first quarter of 2020.
For ports with ProPower equipment
How can ports and companies offer their customers an easy overview of ProPower equipment? It requires that the equipment runs with ProPower 4.0.
