A racon is a radar transponder that responds to compatible marine radar with a coded Morse identifier. Vikingegaarden supplies the HEKLEO 2 XS from AMG Microwave, Lannion, France, and the Seabeacon 2 System 6 from Tideland Signal for harbour approaches, coastal marks and offshore structures.
