How it works
Compact hardware on the tank wall, a level probe in the slurry, and alerts wherever you are.

FlexGylle is mounted on the rim wall of the slurry tank: a galvanised pole carries the VikMote GSM controller box and, where needed, a small solar panel, while a level probe runs from the wall down toward the slurry. The system measures level and volume continuously and adjusts automatically as the content changes, so it works with different tank sizes and types.
When a leak, overfill, spillage or power failure is detected, the controller sends an SMS or places a voice call to the users you have defined. You can also send an SMS to check the tank status, and with Emiko login access the measurements and the setup are available online. Developed in collaboration with Danish farmers, one device covers up to two tanks.

FlexGylle was developed in collaboration with Danish farmers, for farms where a leak or an overfilled slurry tank means costly damage or an environmental hazard. It suits livestock farms of most sizes: the system adjusts automatically to changing slurry levels, works with a variety of tank sizes and types, and one device monitors up to two slurry tanks, so a farm with a pair of tanks needs only a single installation.
Within Vikingegaarden's slurry systems range it is the monitoring half of the pair: FlexGylle watches the tank itself, while BioWatch controls the mixer and the transfer pump.
The hardware is compact and stays outside the tank. A galvanised pole on the rim wall carries the controller, which sits closed inside a small enclosure, with a small solar panel above it where the site needs one, while a level probe runs from the wall down toward the slurry.
