NordWatch Automation
Pump control, slurry monitoring, tank alarms and telemetry for agriculture, construction and industry. Operators can supervise distributed equipment, receive alarms and act remotely without routine site visits.
01 - The range
Remote control and telemetry for distributed equipment
Pump control
Remote start, stop and supervision of pumps in the field.
Slurry and tanks
Level monitoring and alarms for slurry systems and tanks.
Monitoring and telemetry
Distributed measuring points connected to one overview.
02 - Applications
Where NordWatch Automation is used
NordWatch Automation supervises pumps, slurry systems, tanks and other distributed equipment over the mobile network, so operators receive alarms and act remotely instead of driving to the site.
Irrigation and field pumps
FlexVander LX starts, stops and monitors up to two irrigation pumps from the Emiko app, by SMS or by voice call, with pump status and fault alarms. Weather and energy functions can be added for the irrigation system.
Slurry tanks and biogas
FlexGylle monitors level and volume in up to two slurry tanks and raises alarms for leaks, overfilling, spillage and power failure. BioWatch panels schedule and control slurry mixers and transfer pumps from 5.5 to 30 kW.
Construction sites and temporary installations
FlexGuard connects equipment signals to remote monitoring and control: one analog input, two digital inputs and two outputs, with SMS or email alarms and outputs switched by SMS, without staff on site.
Industry and utilities
Gate2Gate mirrors operational readings from measuring points and external systems into the control centre and the Emiko platform over GSM, with warnings when a value crosses its limit and remote configuration of the units.
03 - How we work
From a distributed installation to one overview
Every NordWatch installation is configured for the equipment it supervises and for the way the operator wants to be alerted.
- 01
Specify
We map the pumps, tanks, signals and alarms that need supervision and the users who should receive the alerts.
- 02
Configure
The unit is set up for the motor, the sensors and the mobile network at the site, with SMS, call, email or app alerts as required.
- 03
Install
Installed and tested on site, on DIN rail or in an electrical panel, with mains or solar power where there is no grid access.
- 04
Operate
Status, alarms and controls are available in the Emiko platform and by SMS from any mobile phone.
- 05
Service
Support, firmware updates and replacements for the service life of the installation.
04 - Questions
Frequently asked questions about remote control and telemetry
How do I control a pump remotely?
FlexVander LX offers three ways: the Emiko app, an SMS or a voice call. Each unit controls up to two irrigation pumps and reports pump status and fault alarms.
Which alarms does FlexGylle give?
Four alarm types: leak, overfill, spillage and power failure. Alerts go by SMS or call to one or more users, and the system can be checked by SMS or through Emiko.
Does the equipment work where there is no mains power?
FlexGylle offers a solar power option for tanks without grid access, and FlexGuard runs on 8 to 36 V DC. Mobile coverage at the site is checked before installation.
Can NordWatch data be used in other systems?
Yes. Gate2Gate mirrors readings into the Emiko platform and your control centre, and Oeconomia from Cloud Data Services transfers consumption records to financial systems by API.
