Harbor consumption data, retrofit and environmental evidence

Connected electricity, water and heat meters give harbor operators and authorized customers a record of consumption. The data can support billing, investigation and improvement work, but it does not by itself make an installation sustainable.

What the platform contributes

The Emiko platform stores readings and operating status from compatible equipment. Users can review current and historical values, while operators can use the records in reports and configured invoicing workflows.

Service life and retrofit

Environmental procurement should consider expected service life, repairability, replacement components and whether an existing enclosure or installation can be retained during an upgrade. Vikingegaarden supports retrofit where the existing hardware and project requirements allow it. The Marinella NEO retrofit option starts with an assessment of the existing enclosure, protection and wiring.

Evidence required

Claims about carbon, total environmental impact or lifecycle performance need evidence for the specific product and configuration. Relevant inputs can include material declarations, manufacturing, transport, energy use, maintenance, replacement parts and end-of-life treatment.
