26 Marineium supply stands ordered for Gamla Höfnin

Faxaflóahafnir ordered 26 Marineium supply stands for Gamla Höfnin, Reykjavík's Old Harbor. Announced in 2025, the project connects electricity and water metering to the Emiko platform and includes an expansion planned for Akranes.

Electricity and water across three harbor areas

The order covers installations in Suðurbugt, Norðurbugt and Vesturbugt. Each of the 26 Marineium stands provides electricity and water access, with integrated metering to report consumption to the Emiko platform.

The planned Akranes expansion includes two large-capacity Marineium configurations with power outlets up to 350 A for larger vessels and industrial waterfront operations. These ratings describe the project configurations announced at the time.

Customer access and operating records

Harbor personnel will use the Emiko platform to view consumption, manage access to the supply stands and coordinate services. Through the Emiko Customer App, vessel operators and visitors can activate outlets, view their electricity and water usage, and end the service when departing.

Connecting consumption to accounting

Faxaflóahafnir is implementing the Oeconomia API to transfer consumption records from the Emiko platform to its internal financial system. The planned integration sends the final usage record when a service stops, providing the accounting system with the data needed for invoicing and reducing manual data transfer.

Hardware and software from Vikingegaarden

Vikingegaarden develops the Marineium supply stands and the Emiko platform, including the Emiko Customer App and Oeconomia API. The order brings the waterfront equipment, customer access and accounting connection into one project.
